At NEEX Perfumery, we want you to find your signature scent with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all eligible fragrance orders. Please ensure bottles are unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original box and protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our olfactory quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
