Yes, every bottle at NEEX Perfumery is 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorized distributors or the perfume houses themselves.
How long does the scent typically last?
Longevity depends on the concentration. Our Eau de Parfum (EdP) typically lasts 6-8 hours, while Extrait de Parfum can last upwards of 12 hours.
What is your return policy for opened perfumes?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase.
How should I store my perfume to maintain its quality?
To preserve the integrity of the notes, store your fragrance in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity, such as a bedroom drawer.
